If you are unhappy with them for any reason, please
return them to us with your completed returns form
and/or your confirmation email. We will be happy
to accept back unused items with
their original packaging within 30 days and offer
a full refund or an exchange where available. If
the item is faulty or incorrectly dispatched, we
will be able to offer a refund or an exchange. We’re
really sorry, but we are unable to take back used
goods which are unsuitable or don’t fit.

How many do you want?! There's no limit on the number of pairs you can put in your basket on any one transaction. If we've got them, you can have them! And when you order them all at the same time, you only have to pay ONE postage charge of £
2.95 for deliveries to the UK and Ireland! Should the order total be over £50, your postage cost will be FREE

you know. Some email accounts will ‘Junk’ any emails

You should receive confirmation
of your order within an hour of placing the order.
Check your Junk and Deleted Items to make sure that
our email hasn’t gone into one of these folders
in error. If you definitely haven’t received any
confirmation after an hour or so, EMAIL
US and we’ll check it out for you

If you’ve created an account
with us, you should be able to log in HERE
by typing in your email address and password. If
you’ve forgotten the password, use this
link to get a reminder. If you’ve placed
an order with us before and you chose NOT to provide
a password, then you’ve not yet created an account
with us. Therefore, you won’t be able to check any
details of orders that you’ve already placed with

We can deliver to PO Box addresses
in the UK if there is a business and/or building name
and/or number + the Street Name, City and Post Code.
We can deliver to International PO Box addresses that
have the street name, and house/building number (if
applicable). Please note that if the full address
details aren’t completed, we will not be able
to dispatch the item.
