Orders going to the UK will be delivered within 3-5 working days. Check out our delivery page for a full list of shipping costs.

Deliveries to the EU are within 5-7 working days and the Rest of World is 7-10 working days once your order has been placed and payment has been authorised.

We use a secure courier service to make sure your shoes reach you safe and sound. We may require a signature upon delivery of your order.

We will email you updates to let you know how the delivery is going. Some email accounts will ‘Junk’ any emails that are sent from addresses that are not recognised, so make sure you add help@branch309.co.uk to your address book so that we can get in touch with you!

If you do not receive your order within the expected delivery time for your country and if you have not received any tracking emails, you can get in touch with us and we will be happy to look into this for you.

If you have created an account with us, you should be able to log In by typing in your email address and password. If you have forgotten the password, use this link to get a reminder. If you have placed an order with us before and you chose NOT to provide a password, then you have not yet created an account with us. Therefore, you will not be able to check any details of orders that you have already placed with us on the website. You can contact our Customer Service Team who will be happy to check any of your previous order details. You can create an account with us today if you do not already have one.

We will email you as soon as your order has been dispatched. Your email will have a link to the courier and your tracking number. If you’ve created an account, sign in to check the status of your order and to view up to date tracking.

If you’ve already received your dispatch update email, you can click on the link to the courier website to see up-to-the minute tracking.

If you don’t receive your tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order, or for help with tracking your order, please get in touch with us by email or by phone, quoting your order number, and we’ll be happy to track the order for you.

Simply drop us an email or call us and we will try our best to make the changes. If your order has already been despatched then we will not be able to make any changes or cancel it. However, you can return the unused shoes to us for a full refund when you receive them. Check our Returns Policy for all the info on how to return your shoes to us.

We hope you LOVE your new shoes! However, if it turns out that they’re not suitable for whatever reason, you can return them to us within 1 year for a full refund or exchange to the same value. We just ask that you return them in the same condition you received them in, and in their original packaging.

We recommend you use a Recorded delivery service to send the parcel in case you need to track it with the courier. Remember to include your completed returns form letting us know why you’re returning them and whether you want a refund or an exchange. The item you wish to exchange for can be written in the Comments/Exchanges box on the returns form along with any other comments.

If you’ve lost your returns form, then please include a covering letter with your name and address, your order number, the reason for returning the item and whether you want a refund or an exchange. Please send them back to:

If you have returned something to us through the post, we will try to get in touch within 3 working days of receiving it. This will usually be by email, so check to see if you have received an email from us. If you have not, check with the courier you used to make sure they have delivered the item. If the courier confirms that the item was delivered to us more than 3 working days ago email us and we will check for more details for you.

We use various different couriers depending on what is best for your delivery area. For orders going to Mainland UK we use Yodel, while orders going to Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland will go by City Air Express. For International orders, we use UPS. We may require a signature upon delivery of your order, and we will send you delivery updates by email and SMS.

We can deliver to PO Box addresses in the UK if there is a business/ building name / building number, street name, City & Postcode. We can deliver to International PO Box addresses that have the street name, and house / building number (if applicable). Please note that if the full address details are not completed, we will not be able to dispatch the item.

Whilst we do NOT apply any additional charges to the cost of your order, Import Duty, Custom Charges and Delivery Surcharges may apply to your delivery country if you are ordering from outside the EU. If charges are applicable, the courier will contact you directly prior to delivery. Please check with your local or National Tax or Customs office for further details.

All customers who purchase from Branch309.co.uk between 00:01 and 23:59 GMT on 01.04.12 will go into a draw to win their order (up to the value of £150) free. 10 (ten) winners will be selected at random on 02.04.12 and contacted by email. This promotion applies only to purchases made on branch309.co.uk and is not valid on purchases made on any other site where Branch309 trades. The competition is open to customers worldwide. Winners will be refunded by their original payment method up to the value of £150 once they have confirmed by return mail that they are happy to abide by these terms and conditions. Paypal refunds will process the same day. Refunds onto cards may take up to 7 days to process. In accepting these terms, winners consent to their names being used for promotional purposes. If ordered ‘free’ shoes are returned as unsuitable, the discount will be lost and not reissued. We will be happy to offer an exchange for unsuitable items. Exchanges for items less than the value of the returned item will not have the additional value refunded. Exchanges for items higher than the value of the returned item will be subject to additional payment from the customer for the difference. No correspondence will be entered into and judge’s decision is final. Should a selected winner not be happy to abide by these terms, an alternative winner will be chosen at random. If a winner has not confirmed their agreement with these terms by 08.04.12, another winner will be selected at random. There is no cash alternative and orders cannot be changed or amended once the win has been confirmed. Branch309 reserve the right to amend or withdraw this promotion at any time.
