Where's my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking number so that you can track the item with the courier. Some email accounts will ‘Junk’ any emails that are sent from addresses that are not recognised, so make sure you add help@branch309.co.uk to your address book so that we can get in touch with you! If you don’t receive your tracking number within 48 hours of placing your order, please get in touch with us by clicking HERE or by phone, quoting your order number, and we’ll be happy to track the order for you.

You haven't got the size or colour I want

Everything we have available is on our website. If you can’t find it by checking the BRANDS section, or by using the ADVANCED SEARCH then, unfortunately, this will mean we don’t have it! BOOOOO! I'm not sure if the shoes will fit me!

We stock LOTS of different brands and - just like clothing - they sometimes vary in their sizing. You can check our Size Conversion Chart for guidance. If you receive the shoes and they're not an ideal fit,don't worry! You can return them unused to us an get your money back. Click here for info on how to return the shoes to us.

We use a secure courier service to make sure your shoes reach you safe and sound. A signature is always required on delivery, so you can order with confidence.
Delivery for the UK and ROI customers is £2.95 for each item. Any orders over £50 will receive FREE postage.

How long will delivery take?

We aim to get your new shoes to you as quickly as possible. Orders going to the UK and Ireland will be delivered within a maximum of 5 working days and deliveries to EU and Rest of the World will reach you within a maximum of 7 working days once your order has been placed and payment has been authorised. We’ll email you updates to let you know how the delivery is going. If you don’t receive your order within the maximum delivery time for your country and if you’ve not received any tracking emails, please get in touch with us by clicking HERE or by phone quoting your order number and we’ll be happy to track the order for you.

I made a mistake on my order! Help!

No problem! If your order hasn’t been dispatched, we can amend the details for you. If you have an account with is, you can check the status of your order HERE or CONTACT US quoting your order number and the changes you’d like to make and we’ll try to fix it as quickly as possible. If your order has already been dispatched then we won’t be able to make any changes. However, you can return the unused shoes to us for a full refund when you receive them. Can I return the shoes if they're not suitable?

We hope you LOVE your new shoes! However, if it turns out that they’re not suitable for whatever reason, you can return them to us within 30 days for a full refund or exchange to the same value. We just ask that you return them in the same condition you received them in, and in their original packaging. We recommend you use a Recorded or Special delivery service to send the parcel in case you need to track it with the courier. Remember to include your completed returns card letting us know why you’re returning them and whether you want a refund or an exchange. The item you wish to exchange for can be written in the Comments/Exchanges box on the returns card along with any other comments. If you’ve lost your returns card, then please include a covering letter with your name and address, your order number, the reason for returning the item and whether you want a refund or an exchange.
