All deliveries are subject to stock availability
and authorisation of your payment.
Your order will be
delivered to you during office hours (9-5pm),
Monday to Friday . We are unfortunately
unable to specify the time at which the
goods will be delivered to you.
A signature will be
required on delivery of the goods to you.
Receipt of a signature at the delivery address
will be proof that the order has been delivered.
We can either deliver
your order to the billing address for the
card you use to pay for your order, or you
can specify a different address at checkout.
30 Day Returns Policy
We hope you L-O-V-E your new shoes!
If you are unhappy with them for any reason, please
return them to us with your completed returns form
and/or your confirmation email. We will be happy
to accept back unused items with
their original packaging within 30 days and offer
a full refund or an exchange where available. If
the item is faulty or incorrectly dispatched, we
will be able to offer a refund or an exchange. We’re
really sorry, but we are unable to take back used
goods which are unsuitable or don’t fit.
This is in addition to, and does not affect, your
consumer rights.
