WHAT'S YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We hope you LOVE your new shoes! However,
if it turns out that they’re not suitable for whatever
reason, you can return them to us within 30 days for a
full refund or exchange to the same value. We just ask
that you return them in the same condition you received
them in, and in their original packaging. We recommend
you use a Recorded or Special delivery service to send
the parcel in case you need to track it with the courier.
Remember to include your completed returns card letting
us know why you’re returning them and whether you
want a refund or an exchange. The item you wish to exchange
for can be written in the Comments/Exchanges box on the
returns card along with any other comments. If you’ve
lost your returns card, then please include a covering
letter with your name and address, your order number,
the reason for returning the item and whether you want
a refund or an exchange. Please send them back to:

We will either give you an exchange if this is what you
want (pending stock availablilty) or we will refund your
original purchase price. Sorry, but we don’t refund the
charge made for the initial delivery to you, and you need
to pay the postage to send the parcel back to us.
Problem Shoes?
If your shoes are faulty or damaged when you receive them
or if we have sent you the wrong shoes, we will meet the
cost for you to post them back to us and we will offer
you an exchange (pending stock availablilty) or refund
(whichever you want, unless the shoes were a present to
you – when the refund can only go to the original purchaser).
All of this is in addition to and does not affect your
statutory rights.
